​The atmosphere was great and the customer service was awesome—they got our party of six right in without any wait! We overall had a good time, but I am skeptical about returning. Every time you hit the ball, the bats create a harsh vibration and friction that causes serious hand pain. Two people in our group had to stop early because it hurt too much to enjoy themselves. I pushed through two rounds, but experienced excruciating pain after leaving. No one should come out for a fun family night and leave in pain. They really need to upgrade their bats or offer quality bat rentals so guests can fully enjoy the experience. For anyone expecting to come and have a fun, exciting night, bring your own personal protection equipment and you might enjoy yourself better. Until then, I am iffy on coming back. Great place for baseball training! The one on one instruction that is offered is awesome, too! I will definitely continue to take my son here. Not only that, but we just got done with The Cages, 4 day baseball camp! The kids had a ton of fun and it was very instructional & informative. The coaches were upbeat and energetic and very patient with all of the kids, all camp long. Would highly recommend this camp to other players & parents if they put on another.

We had such a great experience at The Cages! The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained, which really stood out right away. The customer service was top-notch—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

There’s plenty of seating, which made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the time there, and they have a great selection of drinks and snacks that the kids absolutely loved. It’s clear they’ve put thought into making it a fun and comfortable place for families.

A huge bonus is that they just got their beer license, which is an awesome addition. It makes it a perfect spot to hang out with my buddies and enjoy a drink or two while the kids are having fun.

Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely be coming back. I’m even considering hosting a birthday party here after learning they offer that option. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to take my daughter and son to get in some extra hits. The spacious facility offers two separate lounge areas for parents to sit and observe while their child gets in some swings. Staff is also very friendly and helpful!

We recently hosted my son's birthday party at The Cages and it was hands down one of the best party experiences we've had! Pricing was affordable, the facility was clean and had more than enough to entertain our guests of all ages. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and kind. I love this place I bring my son for the batting cages, and we just had his birthday party here today it was the easiest party I’ve ever had the decorated the place, ordered the pizzas for me & the staff was so sweet! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
